    Bed mattress very poor hard uncomfortable tv not working properly,all are god near gadigodam metro waking distance

    The Stay was excellent I personally Recommend it staff and rooms are very neet and clean. Room are very specious and everything you need is there.

    Early morning check in charges taken extra from me, that was i didn't like. Food was good. There is no any amenities, renovation required

    Towel provided dirty.. no remote to TV..Bedsheets was horrible and wrinkled...Post request of rocking due to flight cancelation within half hr response to wearer with foul language

    Dirty and filthy rooms with bad odor. Bedsheets pillow cover and duvet not clean. Rooms are much smaller than claimed. Locality not good.. Waste of money

    1. Property Took 1200 Rupees as Early check-in to hotel where the stay hour was 5 hours untill checkin. as there was no option so opted for early checkin. 2. No complementary water neither access to normal water 3. Over priced menu and the pantry does not have Fassai approval. 4. Room was good but flow of water in bathroom was very slow. 5. Mineral waterbottle price was higher than MRP.

    We were satisfied with the hotel staff behaviour and cleanliness and hygiene plus the area is commercially centrally located convenient for new travellers to toggle between railway station or bus stand

    During my stay i was a little bit disturbed have cockroaches, i told them about the hotel staff but no one took it seriously.

    I found this hotel on mm t, it's a good hotel. But they don't give you complimentary water bottle. My stay is good here.
